We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a 3 month contract to support one of our largest insurance clients. In this role you will be responsible for designing and executing sourcing strategies to find the right candidates for the client, and you will be representing the client brand in the market. Every day you will build relationships with the business and your team, sharing your expertise in recruitment, market knowledge and displaying your passion for ensuring every job gets filled on time, every time.
If you have a background in hiring within the insurance, financial services or professional services industries that will help you get up to speed quickly in this role.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
Carrying out direct sourcing activities with a focus on passive candidates,
Gaining a sound understanding of the designated client business area, including structure nature of business and challenges faced,
Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times,
Coaching candidates in preparation for interviews and providing them with professional advice and honest feedback in a timely manner,
Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to ensure information is current and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.
Prior experience in end to end recruitment ideally within the insurance or financial services industry,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Functional computer skills and software knowledge, prior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS),
Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently and to tight deadlines,
Ability to write and present client oriented communications e.g. emails, job descriptions.
