16 hour week (Wednesday & Thursday), permanent role

We are currently seeking a Staffing and Compliance Coordinator to support our team of 3 Relationship Managers working as part of our MSP team onsite at QLD Government. The position will report to the Program Director and will also work alongside 3 Operational Support staff and an Implementation Consultant who together form the Resource Manager Service (RMS).
Based in Brisbane CBD, this customer-centric role will see you partnering closely with the Relationship Managers while working with our clients and suppliers to successfully facilitate the recruitment and compliance of contingent labour requirements. Your ability to understand the client’s business and build successful internal and external stakeholder relationships will be key to your success.
You will understand the full recruitment lifecycle and be able to ensure adherence to recruitment compliance while working to critical client deadlines. The recruitment lifecycle is facilitated through the VMS (Vendor Management System) so your ability to learn and work with this system is critical. Likewise, your ability to adapt to each of the customers complex and varied processes will be key to your success.

Recruitment experience gained in an agency or internal recruitment environment. MSP or RPO experience would be highly regarded.
Exposure to contingent labour recruitment, preferably within an ICT or other technical environment
Excellent stakeholder management capability coupled with a strong focus on providing high-quality customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to understand complex client processes that require a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work successfully as part of a team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of MS Office and PC skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly is a must.
VMS knowledge (Fieldglass, Beeline) would be highly regarded, although not essential
This position would ideally suit a recruitment professional who is looking to move away from an agency or internal recruitment environment.
