Job Description

Allegis Group Services (AGS) implements Workforce Management Solutions (WMS), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Human Capital Consulting Services within customer organizations to manage the acquisition and engagement of contingent and full time labor. These services offerings combine people, process and technology designed specifically for each customer, to deliver value, process and efficiency in all aspects of contingent labor management. Successful candidates will have strong business and excellent client relationship management skills.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages the Client Relationship throughout the implementation life cycle

  • Acts as key contact to client to assure accurate and consistent communication throughout the implementation

  • Drives key decisions and assures a best-in-class solution is delivered on time and within budget

  • Coordinates the activities of all Implementation Team members – both those reporting directly and all matrixed resources (e.g. Supply Base Management, Reporting & Analytics, Technology Partner, etc.)

  • Plans and coordinates project scheduling and all administrative tasks

  • Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.

  • Assures that meeting minutes and action items are accurate and distributed to all stakeholders in a timely manner

  • Performs basic follow-up with all work stream leads and client representatives

  • Leads the development of client and team presentations

  • Oversees the development of all project deliverables

  • Oversees configuration management for all project deliverables

  • Oversees the development of client status reports and internal reporting for all stakeholders


  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred, but not required


  • Requires experience in directly managing client relationships with a successful track record in delivering complex solutions on time and within budget

  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

  • Performs a variety of tasks across multiple solutions offerings

  • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills

  • Must be proficient with MS Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc)

  • Must be experienced in creating and updating MS Project schedules

  • Reports to the Director of Implementation and has direct oversight of one or more Implementation Consultants

  • Must be willing to travel as required


  • Proven ability to manage competing deliverables on-time, on-budget, on-quality

  • Be organized to handle multiple tasks with differing deliverables and deadlines
