Job Description

The Program Operations Associate is responsible for supporting many AGS departments which include Implementation, Supply Chain, Contract Team, Program Office and Quality Assurance for Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) MSP and Sigma programs. They provide updates, reporting, audits and regular weekly/monthly/yearly reports for Program obligations outlined in the Master Services Agreements. Program Operations Associates are assigned multiple programs and must be able to support the programs in many different capacities.


• Support the Implementation and Steady state vetting of new and existing programs by facilitating the supplier vetting process, including distribution of contracts for signature and collection/verification of program required documentation for compliance; facilitate communications between Contracts Manager and supplier to resolve any contract or documentation related issues

• Collect and analyse supplier financial statements to determine the financial stability of the organization and make recommendations to program office to address high risk suppliers. Collect and validate program specific documentation based on the Master Service Agreement (MSA). Set up & maintain tracking reports to provide visibility to Implementation Team around the status of various items that are required to complete the Supplier compliance and onboarding process

• Maintain and send monthly program compliance summaries to Program Office to ensure supplier documentation on file for each program is accurate and up-to-date. Facilitate communications between the program office, corporate leadership, and supplier representatives to resolve non-compliance AGS should have a 90% or higher compliance rate.

• Conduct, facilitate and maintain audit/compliance offerings per respective Customer(s):

  • Data integrity audits

  • On-board audits

  • Subcontractor and employment verification audits

  • Expense audits

  • Timesheet audits

  • Any Program specific audits


  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

  • Familiarity with auditing and risk management

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Functional computer/technical knowledge

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

  • Ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent tasks

  • Ability to successfully interact with Customer and supplier representatives
