We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to manage a brand new account for a company within the IT services space. In this role you would be responsible for the full global RPO service and taking on a strategic role as the clients’ Head of Talent Acquisition. With a team based across EMEA, North America, APAC and LATAM you will be running a truly global account. The client is going through extensive organisational change and looking for us to support them as they drive their business forwards.
You will have full responsibility for the delivery of your teams, ensuring that they are meeting the agreed SLAs and delivering exceptional levels of service to the client. As we are moving into implementation with this client you will have the opportunity to be involved in the account setup including setting processes and hiring team members.
In this role you will provide visionary account leadership with a remit to bring innovation and new ideas to talent acquisition strategy. This is a true leadership position in both the client business and within AGS.
In order to be successful in this role you will be a highly experienced recruitment leader with the ability to operate at a strategic level within a complex corporate environment. Ideally you will have experience of managing global teams and working within a similar industry environment.
