Job Description

The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Relationship Manager you will lead the successful management of recruitment for hiring managers and be the first point of contact for their hiring needs. In this particular role you will look after Group (Global) Functions, including IT, or core enabling functions such as HR, Operations, Finance & Risk. The decision will be based on your background and experience.

The stakeholders you’ll have will range from Executive Board members to Team leads. You will work collaboratively with and provide direction to the Recruitment Sourcing Specialists located in our recruitment delivery centre to drive your success. Reporting into the Account Director, you will assist in driving best practice across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.

Your responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to :

  • Being a senior member of the team and stepping up where required;

  • A big focus on direct sourcing;

  • Understanding the recruitment process and ensure that account KPIs are met;

  • Advising on recruitment trends and market intelligence ensuring you act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers;

  • Identifying and escalating risk or compliance issues;

  • Providing recruitment guidance and advice to the Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Coordinators;

  • Monitoring and analysing recruitment activity for accurate volume forecasting;

  • Coaching candidates on how to prepare for interviews;

  • Providing professional advice and open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practice;

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in end to end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably within the IT market,

  • Prior experience conducting behavioral based interviews for a variety of roles,

  • Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time,

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office,

  • Prior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS),

  • Ability to write client oriented communications e.g. emails, job descriptions,

  • Ability to give presentations to clients ranging in group size of one to fifteen (1-15).,

  • A degree in business or a related discipline is desirable.
